yes good LET THE OLD MAN HAVE SOME JOY rb ronin deffo knows all the local stray cat colonies just kinda keeps an eye on them from afar mostly but it does get cold in the winters cue cat smuggling april grumbles but cant actually be mad at this tiny tiny glimpse of mikeys old self and the hint of his old smile now im just imagining her catching him like chuckling to himself as a kitten plays/bats at his fingers and she has to stop in her tracks cos that was /mikeys laugh/ quieter than it ever was when they were young but his none the less she used to hear it so often every time she visited the lair that mischevious giggle usual followed by some sort of crash and someone shouting MIKEY then running footsteps and whooping laughter its been decades since shes heard it or anything even close so for all she may gripe about ronin picking up strays no… she cant be mad at all (apologies if anything doesnt line up right ive not finished reading the last ronin comic yet) (but i love this concept sm) edit: IT ALSO JUST HIT ME THAT HES SNEAKING IN THREE LIL KITTENS THREE SPECIFICALLY THREE LITTLE THINGS COLD AND CRYING AND NEEDING HIM???
