Is there a reason Uranis is spelled that way? Instead of Uranus?

I was actually wondering if someone would ask this eventually!!

So, Uranis IS a purposeful misspelling. It mainly boils down to me wanting to avoid the jokes about his name, along with him being gay.

No huge thing! Just wanted him to have a fair run as a character while not being made into a joke for his name ^^
