a weeks pause
not an intentional one
it just kind of happened i guess
anyways the im upset cause i kind of feel like it disturbed the build up
(i was about 80% of the way through)
but nevertheless i really enjoyed it & wanna reread it soon
i actually thought alexander was the murderer for the longest time
i also tend to look through its shit on tumblr
and cause hes the 'villain' in every play i kept seeing aesthetic photos and shit calling him the villain
And i was like:
Oh fuck
that & he acted shady as shit for a good portion of the book so i mean
i guess it was a justified assumption?
but like :(
im still a dumbass
and it being james caught me totally offguard
his whole
'no fuck guys weve gotta save him!!' speech made me ignore the possibility i guess
anyways good read!!
im gonna try the secret history next cause its supposed to be similar?
that and the plot sounds good and im super excited?
also a big slut for dark academia so
also also trying to branch out from my usual genres of books and explore different types of literature and shit
