JUST CREATE! slap some colours onto a canvas - or a chunk of cardboard or a cool big rock or some wood! abstract or liquid pour or splatters!!!! Use a primary printer pencil or a cheap mechanical pencil or a fancy set of sketch pencils it doesnt matter - just sketch and experiment! Use stuff from the dollar store or even see if your city has an art supply recyle program/depo - mine does! its all pay what you can! its great! paint like a child. paint intutively. go with the flow! get some cheap clay and experiement with random junk around your house for texture making! IT DOENT HAVE TO BE PERFECT OR GOOD IT JUST HAS TO BE FUN!!!!!!! Just experiment with technique and medium until you find something that sparks joy!
