I have to say your pint sized hashira au just filled my heart to the brim; im absolutely obsessed with this art style and the shenanigans this entails.
The moment i saw pint sized Gyomei i was like ‘Oughhh he wears clothes that are too big for him and he trips on em’ I LOVE HIM HES SO LEEDLE and his role in the hashira kid group… oh this poor little guy someone give him a hand with the others. Aren’t Amane and Kagaya worried about him and how he’s forcing himself to do more than he can?

but to answer your question— yes, kagaya and amane really worry about him. gyomei is always insisting he’s alright and he’s happy to help— he doesn’t think his transformation is a big deal since he’s still in his young teens, but he’s still a kid !! kagaya and amane essentially act as parents to all the hashira during this situation, and gyomei is no exception!! trust they make sure hes ok… they take good care of him and help him be a kid!
