A short conversation between me and my mom:

Mom- “Are you drawing a naked man?”

Me- “No.” Clearly visibly drawing a naked man and continues to work on the same thing.

Mom- “What the hell is that supposed to be then?”

Working on a new thing instead of working on WIPs part 138024

Idk if any other artists have this problem( I'm probably a strange case tbh) but I can't draw a standing pose normally.... I can only draw dynamic poses, and I draw them pretty well I'd like to think, especially for someone who like never uses reference bc I forget to

The problem with this is that I can't draw reference sheets despite really needing to for some characters :|

I love looking at other people’s art and it often inspires me to try new things. If you’re an artist yourself, you probably know that moment of seeing a great drawing and going: “I want to draw like that!!!” And it just keeps happening with the most different styles until you don’t even know what you want anymore!

In the end, I try to stay consistent and make small changes to my style that I feel make most sense, but the struggle of wanting everything at once is still real…
