So I have an idea for an epic/FE3H animatic. I was thinking of underworld set to Dimitri hearing the dead. With those who died at Duscer being the chorus,Polties's part going to Ashe since I accidentally got him killed at Gronder. And maybe Patricia during Ody's mom's part. This is just here to give people who are interested in the idea since I don't have the skills or means to get this made. All I ask is if you do make it to just give me a credit. Thank you.

Badly wanted to sketch my babies ✨ Was very taken with Ashe when I first played Blue Lions and I think it's precisely because he reminds me of Osha 💙
Also trying a new sketch/coloring style!

he's doing really well as an assassin for me this run, and due to bad luck with leonie's stat growths i brought in petra as my sniper, and she's done very well with strength so far (better than she ever has before for me)
anyway, i drew her too because i thought it was funny that they're in each other's canon classes
Alright i'll give this a go; Caspar, Ashe, or Ignatz
I've used Caspar as both a wyvern lord and a war master and i think his brawling sets work better overall. now that i have the dlc, i've been training him towards war monk for the brawl avoid if i use him again tho.
I havent used ignatz in a while, and iirc i only used him back when i was playing the routes for the first time in normal difficulty. i heard he's an okay crit unit tho. also sorry but i didnt feel like drawing three characters ^-^;
Ashe is... i used him in my last run, which was azure moon hard. I was training him towards dancer but he got strength blessed so I kept him as an assassin. Overall he did okay but was not a particularly good dodge and crit unit, nor was he as a reliable damage dealer as other units, and dropped away slowly towards late game. It also probably doesnt help that I was trying to run him alongside some really good builds (byleth beat most of the final map solo).
Ashe had riding proficiency from a previous run, so his niche became running +1 mov and march ring, giving him 8 mov that was not impacted by bushes/forests. With high dodge and movement he could swoop in and deal a bunch of damage (possibly critting too), and if he did take the about 30% percent hit he would take a lot of damage but was likely safe until i could heal him, as the assassin's stealth ability would force the enemies to attack another unit if they were in range. I also gave him swords such as thunderbrand (with ng+ crest items) and armorslayer to boost his damage in late game.
This build is less silly and more trying hard to make a character i really like keep up with a team of some of the best characters in the game.
Overall, it's a shame that characters like ashe have objectively bad growth rates because I love him and caspar as characters. As units, ashe is beaten in every relevant stat by characters like petra and leonie who just do his stuff better (and have access to falcon knight).

Not gonna lie but they both are so effing adorable. But then again almost everyone is so um yeah.
