A simple movement, swinging your wrist slightly and bringing it up to your chest just to look at the wristwatch, reminded you of Kunikida… Or rather, reminded you of his organized way that made him look at the time whenever he saw you arriving at the agreed place. But it wasn't to know if you arrived on time or not, but to know how much more (or less) time he has to spend more time with you (and so enjoy every second);
With the arrival of winter, the icy winds tickled your face remembering Akutagawa's touch, remembering how his cold fingers always pulled you by the waist to calm or protect you, or when he subtly and silently brushed away the strands of hair, placing them behind your ear, on your sleeping figure;
There was always that lonely father who was watching his children sweetly on the playground, and it was like seeing Odasaku alive. You couldn't help but laugh a little remembering the orphans laughing and running towards him like he was a protective angel… and also, you can't help but cry remembering what a real angel he was in your life;
Whenever you got hurt, even if it was a small cut, Yosano was the first thing that came to your mind. You always remembered how kind (and less scary) she was as she healed you, and from the swarm of butterflies that appeared…and behind them, there was concern being washed off her face;
As you passed in front of an Antique store, you saw a beautiful doll in the showcase that Ayatsuji would surely love. As your eyes caught sight of it, your mind remembered the way he used to look at you, with a precise, focused, and admiring gaze (the same look he also gave to his dolls), and the way a small, rare smile would form on his lips when he noticed your nervousness under his gaze.
