What do you consider the pillars of your diet? Like not what you consider the most delicious, or even necessarily your “favorite” food, but the food that if you look within your heart and are honest with yourself actually eat more often than anything else? I think mine is toast, broccoli, and eggs

bacon for sure I use that in a lot of my cooking
and probably brussel sprouts
I can use em raw or cook them
they can be a side or a main or a topper
the pancakes are just easy dinner yknow?
grab a mix and toss in some water and maybe an egg then fry em
can make them sweet or savory - again the bacon comes into play for savory
I eat a fair amount of pancakes
not daily but almost every week
then brussel sprouts and bacon almost daily
if we’re talking just Whole Foods then swap pancakes for potatoes but yeah
