Poa! It's Baliyo :D

Yes, I did watch "The Lion Guard" a few days back. I'm not the target audience, there are some things that are annoying to me (animation style of Kion and his family or the cubs generally, the use of the Roar, the marks...  not my stuff), but what I like is the introduction of new characters and new design options, like markings etc. They were in the fandom for a loooong time now, but nice to see them in an official series. I'm absolutely in love with the Night Pride and it's hard for me to choose the favorite (well, ok, Rani is probably on the end of the list, sorry!). Baliyo is cute tho, he also seems to be the opposite to the angry, fierce, charismatic and very self-confident Kion (at least in my opinion?). That scene were he didn't want to visit Janna got deeply into my heart as I had similar experiences not so long ago. It's good to know I'm not the only one and it's a good representation.

I was SURE I won't draw Rani because I didn't like her design, but...  I saw a few fantastic pictures of her on dA and I realised it wasn't her design I hated, but the style of the animation. And by that I mean the EYES. Wtf?? So, here she is, Queen Rani of the Tree of Life.
