I know lots of people depict Benrey with dark hair, but I was thinking how funny it'd be if it was a lighter color. Like you expect it to be darker cuz of the intense shadow from his helmet, but he lifts it up to reveal baby blue locks.
Bonus: everytime he takes his helmet off his hair is a different color

I have headcannoned that Benry loved flying because he was underground in black mesa for a long time, and the sky reminds him of Xen. (Also if he’s neurodivergent like me maybe he thinks the clouds are pretty.) I also headcannon that Gordon is a nervous flyer and Benry holds his hand. Maybe Gordon always pays extra so Benry can have the window seat.

And I feel like will and bill are too far divorced from being like dipper and Mabel but there are some similarities so you could assign either to both of them like if Mabel was the nerd and if dipper was the the creative one but sad and paranoid
