She's the mayor of Cannibal Town. You can't tell me that she doesn't also have some crazy cool demon powers!
OR: it's something all cannibals have to keep a tight lid on or else they go feral. Hence why I made it like that in the comic. Something happend to make her lose control somehow and Alastor needed to come in an pull her out of her misery.

The trope of either Alastor or Rosie going full demon mode out of rage and the other not flinching once in fear- taking them into their arms and calming them down with their love and support.
