It is 3-D, built-up mixture of many layers of thick gesso, paint, sand and other materials. // I'm inspired by the structure of Jupiter's Moons. This one was inspired by the surface of the satellite called #Autonoe . It was discovered by a team of astronomers from the University of Hawaii led by Scott S. Sheppard in 2001.
