I love snax monster Floofty so much- some doodles I made for an au I'm doing with a friend with them and the journalist.
Redesign of the snaxbeast Floofty from the au I was doing to look more distinct and to encorperate more elements of boiling bay
They turn like this after 'last meal' when the journalist/buddy changes them completely, and don't have the opportunity to cut their own head off.
The effects are less temporary then they think.

I also, at some point, entertained the idea of a portal au- I may draw more for this bc it was really really fun to think about.
I mean, Floofty would totally upload their consciousness to a computer in a bid to see if immortality is achievable.

My version of the journalist would be blind in one eye from their fall at the start of the game. Kinda made them hate the island from the very beginning.

This is a story following the events after the Bugsnax game’s ending. The journalist, Buddy, and their friends will soon be in a bit of trouble with familiar faces. Will they make it or be eaten alive?

Floofty!!!
My Floofty design has a kink in their tail, I think it suits them
Don’t ask why they have ears while the others don’t, I just couldn’t get them to look right without them, so Floofty gets ears.
The peg leg has a rubber bottom and a rubber block on the back to help them with traction, plus I think they lean back a lot so the rubber backing helps them so they don’t just fall over.
It’s spooky season!
My inspiration is pretty obviously Frankenstein’s monster.
I think it personally fits Floofty’s and Hensel’s dynamic.

A sibling argument
This is an argument I imagine takes place a little after Floofty’s guillotine stunt.
I decided that Snorpy should have a kinked tail as well, but instead of Floofty’s which was a birth defect, his got crushed under an invention of his.
Poor Snorpy is going to start balding at the rate the Floofty is going.

I always imagine that whenever Floofty takes off their goggles that it leaves an indent in their fur
Shelda time!
Hensel may be scared of her, but Shelda just wants to be on good terms with him. Too bad her loud voice and raised arms spook the hell out of him, so he ends up skittering away from her whenever she talks, though they can sit together calmly.
Floofty and Shelda are about to scrap, and Floofty does NOT appreciate her looming over them like that, they will bite!
I swear my hand hates me, Shelda’s fur pattern is time consuming and I drew her FOUR times!
I got transformed into an oval today. Beffica made fun of me so I threw a cocomite at her.
