Some more work on this picture.
Referenced her face from Jena Malone because idk I hate a lot of EU art because generally you've got the original characters who are all people with faces then the EU characters sprinkled in there with shifting, generic supermodel faces? It looks weird and I want the characters to look like people. But I'm pretty shit with realistic-ass stuff so she still kind of comes out generic airbrushy pretty.

Though ngl when I first read the novels by Zahn I pictured Mara as a young gillian anderson
But I found it hard to find a good picture of her exactly as I wanted without popping in some x files
and I knew if I did that I'd just spend all day watching x files
so I went with my second choice of actress for her face
they don't even look alike so I don't know why I associate both with her
