I want to learn how to do pixel art but SPECIFICALLY I want to learn how to do it and emulate the scan line effect
I just think it'd be super neat

i need to find a tutorial for the scan line effect
i know theres lots of general pixel tutorials but im having trouble finding anything about recreating this effect
outside of like emulators specifically for adding scanlines or getting a crt or something
but i want to know if theres a way to do it on my own without those options
