not quite the direction this went
but now all i can think about
is the time when i was really young
and pretended to have an imaginary friend because my older sibling had one
and i somehow concluded that must be a Normal Kid thing that i was failing at
(the way my neurodivergent ass failed at many Normal Kid things)
so i managed to end up with an imaginary friend that was even more made up than most lol
