Capricorn Rest Camp is situated next to the Naukluft Mountains and is ideally suited as stop-over en route from Windhoek to Sossusvlei or from the South to the coast. Only 40 km from the entrance to the Naukluft Park the camp is an ideal start position for an excursion there (hiking or 4x4) and only 136 km to Sesriem, to visit the famous Sossusvlei and the Sesriem Canyon. The camp is situated at the MR47 road between Rietoog and Nabaseb (C14).
