the coffee shop is sizeable, quaint, and just on the outskirts of the busiest part of the city; so for convenience, not a lot of bustling citygoers frequent here but it's definitely a favourite for students and corporate workers during the weekends or usual late evenings

it was opened up by jk's older brother, combining art that the brothers made throughout the space that makes it all the more homier and warm to be around; always soft laughter amongst the employees -- all family and friends one way or another

you started frequenting more on saturdays, your most free day to venture out during the week; the way the door chimes just around noon always makes him smile more softly when he looks up from refilling the coffee ground stock and sees you making yourself comfortable at your usual spot by the bar stools to the side; great view of the caffeinated magic that happens, as well as the magician at work (but you would never admit that, obviously)

"your usual?" his voice was as warm and sweet as hot chocolate, never abrupt or loud enough to startle you, especially if you were coming into the cafe busy; mind a little scattered

"something with whip cream today, please?" "oh? feeling indulgent, are we?" "gotta spoil yourself a bit here and there" "of course, and i'll be more than glad to do that for you. coming right up!"

he's gentle when he hands you your drink, eyes tender as he asks you if you got anything due; anything on your mind; you've been too polite to really let him in on all that goes on up there, but you feel your heart pitter patter every time he asks anyway

you always get a to-go drink once you're ready to set off home and you hadn't known when the doodles of stars, sparkles, and moons started to become small phrases of encouragement and little hearts: "hang in there, hotshot ♡" or "you look beautiful today ♡ :)"

after the plant babysitter jk bit in a previous post, the general colour of green now transports me to vacation with koo? at an elegant resort maybe, beautiful whites and golden accents, with so much greenery around too that he commits to surrounding the two of you in

there are trails and pond areas, delicate spots curated with the natural habitat of the land; cute critters and animals that he can't help but squat down and observe because "love, look!"

at your silly insistences, you really would like to capture him more on film, since you whined before that there were already so many photos of you but barely of him; he chuckles and indulges you, allowing you to choose his fits based on the clothes and accessories he brought

in an area where there huge monsteras with the setting sun in the background, you knew you had to capture him standing and posing like the absolute dream he is; a lighter green shirt that compliments his skin, paired with pure white shorts, and funky shades balanced on his nose, he gave you all the cutesy poses -- peace signs, puckered lips and all

"come here" he muttered then, walking towards you and pulling you close so that you were standing side by side for adorable selfies you'd come to put on your social media later

(shoutout to the old couple that happened to walk by and offered to take incredible shots of the two of you; candids of laughter and cheekiness sprinkled throughout)
