He will cry or get pissed (or both) if someone is chewing too loud.

(It is actually good that I recognize that I have that, though. Cuz' I know my triggers and stuff. I've gotten better at being like "Uh, hey, sorry, you're chewing a little loud and it's kinda making me a little antsy." Most people are actually pretty chill about and will be like "Oh, I'm sorry! I'll try to be quieter!" Some people aren't... and just say something like "Just put on your headphones." Bestie, your chewing so loud I can hear you WITH my headphones on. The people that do say this stuff aren't my friends anyways so yeahhh.)

From time to time, I think to myself "Why am I even in therapy? I'm doing great!"

And then I remember the times where I've gone two weeks without seeing my therapist and had a huge downward spiral. Sooo yeah.

...Damn, maybe I am Chris Thurser.
