Chapter 35: Auguries of Innocence

Gabriel distracts Claire from sleeplessness as they watch Donnie Darko and things get hot during another session of physical therapy. Gabriel also sees something he wishes he hadn't but it brings a few things into perspective for him.
Chapter 38: Consequences of Our Actions
Gabriel finally tells Peter something that's been weighing on him and is surprised by his reaction. Adversely, he's not at all surprised by Claire's reaction to the previous night and finds himself dealing with it in an unexpected and enticing way.

Claire and Gabriel have a normal conversation, which is surprisingly easy and leaves them both wanting more and fearing losing it. Claire also learns some truths, one of which drives her that more closer to Gabriel and away from her father.
Chapter 40: Peach Flavoured Blues
Claire decides to do something nice for Gabriel and it turns into an interesting development. Gabriel also helps Peter adjust to the hearing ability and is surprised with another kind gesture. Both things have him feeling very grateful just in time for the holiday.

Things take a surprising turn leaving Claire shaken

Gabriel and Noah have a heated showdown that turns violent and Claire finally confronts her father about something that's been eating at her.
Once again, Noah is pointing a gun at Gabriel, while surrounded by books.
Chapter 43: Let Not Light See My Black and Deep Desires
Claire tries to calm Gabriel from the edge of his anger and bloodlust, fearful he'll revert, and he reveals more than he should in that darkened state.

Gabriel wakes up on Thanksgiving feeling grateful and Claire feels conflicted.
It's a Heroes Thanksgiving y'all, and you know what that means. There will be drama!

Gabriel doesn't appreciate Claire's attitude towards him whilst in the company of others and this is compounded by someone else appreciating him.

Gabriel forces Claire to confront her conflicted feelings and makes a decision based on her answer.

Claire is shaken after yet another of Noah's many skeletons is exhumed.
Chapter 48: Limits of Control
The decision to not be alone together weighs on them both in the aftermath of Thanksgiving. The pre-wedding party gets interesting when Peter uses an ability that affects everyone.

They're drunk and alone together. What could possible go wrong?

Claire answers Gabriel's question and he gets the answers to a few more as the night progresses.
Chapter 51: Something Old, Something New
Pre wedding excitement is in the air as they settle in at the venue. Emma and Claire get to know each other better while Claire does her best to forget the night before. Gabriel surprises her with a visit to a new place and an old ally.

Chapter 52: I've Hungered for Your Touch
Gabriel and Claire get their revenge on Peter for the dares of the night before. Peter and Emma finally reveal what their plan for Gabriel and Claire has been. And someone is more honest than they mean to be, lost in a moment, and the other is left more shaken than they'll show.

Gabriel finds Claire cooling off outside and heats her up. The wedding ends and the sleeping arrangements surprise her. She's not the only one surprised by the way the night transpires.
