random idea I had for styxxfields that I went way too in depth with lmao

so, the main menu, I want it to be like Firewatch's main menu, with the pretty image from the world and then the menu on top, the whole point of the game is that every single thing you can think of is customizable, including the menu

you can set up a magic camera for the menu art, it will change depending on the time, it will sometimes have characters and can even be knocked over, it can be placed in houses, in caves, and outside sports games, anywhere, if it knocks over and you don't go to the location to fix the camera within 3 days, it will... (idk)

the camera object can only be interacted by the environment if you are in the menu it's broadcasting too, or if the player is close to it, it will auto hide if the player is in combat mode and the enemies will need to be defeated before you can interact with the camera, you can even have multiple set up and it will switch to a random one everytime the main menu is open, with an upgrade you can have drone versions that even move on a set looping track

the idea works way better if I decide the game will act in real time the way animal crossing does, but I don't fully know if I want to do that
