Curse!AU (angst warning?)

Hear me out y'all. Being a halfblood there could be a like 1% chance you could inherit a curse alr. Like imagine Aphrodite!reader.

1% chance of inheriting a curse where reader is very codependent and could become eternally devoted to someone no matter how they are treated.

Additional things for this curse. Their eyes pupils turn into hearts when around this person, a sign of the curse and as they spend time with the person it slowly changes the color of their entire eye to pink.

Any ideas for the other gods as a curse that their halfblood!reader can develop? Im all for good curses and bad curses.

For the curse au thing what about a Demeter!reader who the more they are hurt emotionally speaking the more vines grow on them with spikes that pierces through the skin that they can't remove

(I can't really explain it really well essentially the reader's vines that start to envelope their body is a reflection on their emotional state mostly anger,sadness,frustration,etc)

:0 THIS IS A AMAZING IDEA! Almost like the flowers disease but outside of your body and not flowers but vines and it's not reversible! I get what your saying yea! (Hanahaki disease)

This matches super well with the Cursed!Au

I saw the curse posts, and immediately thought of Apollo

For some reason afaik he has a bad record of his lovers dying for some reason or another (most famously Hyacinthus)

So a cursed child of Apollo, whose lovers are doomed to die and leave them behind, so they try their best to stay away from people and never fall in love (and if they're asexual maybe it's animals/pets that die or places they love getting changed/destroyed)

That's actually so sad especially if the child is immortal or smth. Like just destined to stay alone forever. Holy shit that could also develop into a fear of people! (anthropophobia) Soon just isolating themself from the world in fear that they will kill someone again.

Hi it's me again who gave the Demeter!reader curse

AND I Have come up with another curse but this time on the Athena!Reader

So essentially Athena god of wisdom right? Which means her kids must have some sort of natural wisdom with them BUT what if the wisdom/knowledge they have is too much here comes in my inspo the forbidden knowledge from genshin what if because of the knowledge and wisdom they hold knowledge that shouldn't be known by any person this curse would make their mind slowly deteriorate and make them go insane

Thats actually pretty clever, like they would slowly isolate themselves and go insane as they gain more knowledge that their mortal brain can't comprehend. Soon developing Gnosiophobia (fear of knowledge) or phonophobia (fear of sound). The fear of sound because it could risk them learninf something new.

If y'all can't tell I really like adding in fears for this au lol.
