I've had a few people over time ask me how I adapt people's appearances into my very simplistic style and it's a bit tricky to explain
What I did here was, with the red, follow the silhouette, and go over anything I thought was important such as his face paint and with blue, kind of refine it I guess?
I've drawn Paul before so he probably wasn't the best for this demonstration seeing as I wouldn't really need to think about other things like his facial features and I only adopted this method around October meanwhile my first drawing of Paul was February when I was using a far inferior method to figure out his traits and as I say I don't really know how to explain what I'm doing
I was looking through some other studies and I found these notes on Pattie Boyd, I've drawn her before but for some reason I just ignored all my notes on her
So I tried again and here was the result:
This time the blue was for silhouette and anything else important such as her facial features and the red was refinement but it's really just the same thing

Sometimes I think I haven't improved at all but then I look at these 2 drawings of Pattie Boyd from October and January respectively and it's like "nah I have"
I feel kind of like not bad but like eager to post but everything's incomplete so I can't post them yet

Yet another Linlin doodle page along with some outfits for Linda herself, I'm having a lot of fun with this to be honest :)
Have to thank @lennon-cuddlywump for the Ringo as Professor Calculus suggestion and for helping me brainstorm some other ideas! :)
Some more Linlin stuff based off some Tintin colouring books (I will return to normal at some point I promise)
