By far the fastest way to end up on Roman’s shitlist is to either call him by his birthname or refer to him as she/her. With anything else, he might be inclined to give the offender a quick death (or let them go after a severe beating) but these two methods are a surefire way of ending up brutally tortured at his hands with nothing but a slow, painful death to look forwards to.
