The love of my life died from DKA at 21. She was rationing to try to afford us moving in together.

We need affordable insulin for everyone. For Athena, because she fucking deserved it. For literally everyone with type 1 diabetes.

A country where a 21 year old can die from something so fucking preventable is a broken country and we deserve better.
