Why do I have a feeling hermes is going to get kidnapped later in the series

Using my mythology nerd knowledge to make headcanons :D

The reason I think the Crocus Flower would be Hermes favorite flower is because in Greek mythology Crocus was a beloved companion of Hermes who eventually died like Hyacinthus in which he turned into a flower(it’s technically a variant of Hyacinthus and Apollos story)

Also Hermes in greek mythology used to be Pan the god of the wild. So I think that Hermes in empires could be a descendent or reincarnation of an ancient eldritch nature deity.

I doubt they will do that but if they do it’s going to be a huge win.
