Heeseung was never really into that sickly sweet stuff. Whenever he looked at couples while passing by, he would always silently gag and promise to himself that he would never be like that.

That was, however, before he started falling for you.

How was it that every time you passed by, chattering and giggling with your friends, something in his stomach lit up and made him feel as weak as a tiny twig? Butterflies always squirmed in his stomach and heat lit up his smooth cheeks when every time he heard that sweet laugh or saw that pretty smile.

And how was it that he just so happened to sit behind you in biology? So, when you turned around, with those pretty eyes staring at him and innocently asking him for a pen, he was sure his entire face flushed dark red. He stammered and stuttered through a trembling sentence, nodding weakly as he quickly reached into his pencil case and pulled out a pen, handing it to you.

The moment your delicate fingertips brushed against his, he swore his heart stopped completely. The soft 'thank you' that left you after, followed by that candy sweet smile of yours, only furthered to deepen the cliff he was falling off of, completely falling into your pretty spell.

For the next hour or so, all he could think of was how you smiled. You smiled at him! How could he possibly focus, when his biggest dream finally became true? His heart was playing with a jumping rope from how fast it was beating.

Over the course of the next days, every day in the same class, you would always ask for a pen, making Heeseung even giddier from how adorable you sounded. Until one of the days, when you asked him for a pen, you placed a small pink lollipop on his desk, with a sticky note on top of it and then took the pen.

Heeseung, the ever so curious one, quickly took the note, reading it in his mind. 'Heeseung-ah, you can only eat this lollipop if you agree to go out with me to the arcade!' It wrote with your delicate handwriting.

He felt his brain stop, his heart starting to do somersaults. He had to choke back the loud squeal of delight he wanted to let out. His smooth cheeks turned dark red in color, only adding to his giddy, lovesick appearance. He unwrapped the lollipop and placed it into his mouth, the sweet strawberry flavor immediately melting on his taste buds.

After class, he waited for you to come out of the classroom. The lollipop had melted completely in his mouth a few seconds ago, which was much to his satisfaction. When he saw you come out, he took hold of your hand and tugged you away from the bustling students.

He cupped your pretty cheeks, gently pressing his lips on yours to share the sweet flavor of adoration mixed with the strawberry flavor that stayed on his tongue. When he pulled away after a few seconds, he nodded gently, his eyes staring straight into yours with the softest of gazes.
