forgetting to say my mantra today (i will not have a meltdown at a family gathering from rsd or dysphoria or sensory issues) ends up with me in the bathroom crying

i always have something happen like this at family gatherings
in the car i was having bad sensory problems
because all of my nice clothes are not comfy
and my comfy clothes look bad
then dysphoria and dysmorphia because of my body
and i was planning to come out to my parents as trans but chickened out
and rsd from not having a filter because i was comfortable
saying something really rude and unlike me about my cousins profession
