Idk man the anime made me love this guy. He's ridiculous. The writers were like "hey we're doing THE most generic, one-dimensionally evil, saturday morning cartoon villain ever conceived." But they comitted SO HARD that it kinda circles back and he's awesome actually. Dude's playing 4-d chess 2 with the universe and laughing evily at least twice every single time he appears. All his plans are pure bs but he just looks so cool and intimidating doing them. Love that guy
