you don't understand like I have written so many notes and google docs for aleron and meliodas' relationship alone like yes I did debate whether or not I wanted to take the route of canon diverging many many times but I said fuck it you only live once and nakaba lost his RIGHTS to his franchise and characters to me so I can do what I want!!! but fr I am so serious when I say 50% of my rewrite is SOLELY FOR THEM meliron my beloved I can probably write a lot of one-shot fluff just with them alone I'm giving all the characters and ships love of course but meliron holds a special place in my heart for probably being one of my first official ocxcanon ships young lepus in middle school ate them up just want them happy together even if it's a slow burn so I can realistically write falling out and falling in romantic love again mel still loves elizabeth dw it'd just be platonically al loves elizabeth too they're all the best of friends that wants the best for each other also if melizabeth is being each other's hope and inspiration than meliron is being each other's lifeline and pillar of strength felis thoughts
