This reminds me EXACTLY of this long cat beanbag-y thing of sorts at my Grandma's. I would not describe it as a plush because it was made with a pretty rough tightly-weaved hessian fabric of sorts.

Iirc it was meant to be used as some sort of weight or cushion, though I don't remember for what exactly.

Anyways the bag was similarly black and white and of really similar size, and I had a hell of a time playing with it. I sadly do not have photos.
