This is Apbaly, an ancient deep-sea witch. she's a part of a merfolk species I'm making, they follow this eldritch abyssal witch named Leviathan for generations. many other sea-folk call them the Accurse witches of the deep or old leviathan's children. she was taught by a grand witch who gave her a special helmet, which she rarely takes off.
