Flores one day showed O'Brien the recordings where he participated in school events or giving those concerts at musical festivals in his hometown.

Flores was the product of rape, her mother was only 13 years old when her father, Flores' grandfather, sexually abused her n Flores' grandmother remained silent. His mother stopped attending school, even though it was only once, she lived in constant fear that the abuse would happen again.
When Flores was born, he was apparently a healthy child but as time went by it was noticed that he was very sickly. They were in that home for 3-4 years until Flores' progenitor forced them to leave the house, leaving them both in the house of the progenitor's mother, who lived in the capital, Santiago (They lived in the south of Chile, in Villarica specifically). In those years, his mother did everything possible to educate him and teach him what she knew, at the same time that she had started working since Flores was 2 1/2 years old.
It's here where Flores inherits his last name as his mother's grandmother now has custody of her mother.
Flores' progenitor is British but comes from a family of Argentine immigrants.

He sees it as a waste of time, especially for Flores as he is his assistant. He knows that every time Flores has free time he goes to visit O'Brien in his office, he even knows that he offers to take the reports so he can have an excuse to see O'Brien. In general, Sheffield doesn't care about the relationship they both have.
Annabella (Atlus please tell us Real Argilla's last name, I'm obliged to use the name she has in QDS)
She was surprised to see how Flores was able to get the attention of someone as reclusive (from her pov) as O'Brien. In her words, Flores seems like a fly stuck in honey when she surprises both of them together in O'Brien's office, After Flores retired, Annabella had no qualms about asking O'Brien if he was looking for temptation. (at that time Flores was 19 years old, O'Brien was around 23
At another time, she was chatting with Flores until he told her about a date he had with O'Brien the night before, Annabella was surprised to hear about that romantic side of O'Brien, Even so, he tells Flores not to get too excited, all men are equal and he will see that all that romance will rot sooner or later. His main role is to act as support to the group, specifically being the healer! (Although he also proclaimed himself the Sera's guardian teehee)
In the second game, he becomes a primary antagonist like Heat.
Flores
He doesn't appear directly since he had already died by that time (speaking of the cinematics of 5 years before the events of the game) but he was just another nurse, mainly in charge of Alondra/Real Cielo's physical health!
Anyone would believe that his full name is Mai Flores... Actually, his full name is Miguel Alejandro Flores Medina.
Yeah, Mai was always a nickname.
