This piece went through so many phases and forms over the past month. I ended up making it as simple as possible, as all the little symbols and doodles of the earlier versions overwhelmed it immensely. Some of the original versions included giant humanoid stars, the 8-ball, flames, and a personified song couple! The 80’s font and lightning for LFTOS and the gently falling stardust for SMFS ended up taking the cake though :) and my synesthesia could not have provided a better palette for each song imo
This is probably my favorite album of all time. The emotional weight and beauty of it brings me to tears, and I really relate to some of the themes which makes it so comforting. Glad I took the time to get this piece where I wanted it
