FV NETWORKING! 3 years ago we would send out thousands of emails to bloggers and websites to see if they would post our stuff, BUT no one cared. We didn't take it personal though. They weren't "hating". We understood that there was really no value in them posting our stuff because we didn't have many fans. Bloggers and websites need content that ensures traffic to their site. Yeah, it's cool when they are willing to highlight dope artists that don't have a buzz, BUT that is RARE and you can't expect it.
