Hi, I just found your downloads today through iamsimming, and wow, I love all of your stuff. Its beautiful and the fact that most are on small lots and only require up to Late Night is wonderful. My laptop is pretty low-end so I only can have the first three EPs, so its nice to be able to download a house without having to replace items. Thanks! :D
Thank you! You actually just summed up my goals! I totally understand. You know, up until last month I was playing on a 5-year-old laptop with about 7 gb of space left. That’s why I started making lots with no CC and as little requirements as possible because, really, I had no choice, lol.
I have nothing against custom content. In fact, I might have loved them a little too much, at my computer’s expense, and then had to purge. That doesn’t mean I don’t still admire them from afar. There are so many talented CC creators out there!
But even now with a new laptop, I rarely use them. I know my lots could definitely look better with a little custom content, but I think I do okay with just the items that EA is trolling us with provided. ;D Besides, I try to keep the lots pretty simple anyway so people can add CC if they want.
Anyway, thanks for this comment! And thank you to all the other people who’ve sent me nice little messages these past few days. Oh, and a big thank you for all the re-blogs. I’m not sure where or how it started, but I had a flood of new followers out of nowhere!

I redecorated & tweaked Gelinabuilds's wonderful Oneder House a little bit, and I am in serious awe at how great it is. She did a fantastic job, and Lucky Palms makes it so much better. These are all exterior shots.

Interior shots! My favorite area is a kitchen/dining room. I shrunk the bathroom next to it and moved the washer/dryer behind the yellow curtain. Then there's a teen bedroom (with a sleeping sim....), a nursery, and the master. Plus an overhead shot.
(Again, I take zero credit for the house. It's all Gelinas!)

Rick Grimes from The Walking Dead
So here’s the Rick Grimes sim I made a while back. I’ve been keeping him for myself, but mostly I just kept tweaking and fixing him. Anyway here he is. It’s not perfect, but I think it’s sort of close for being “maxis match” type sim.
The download has No CC (as shown in the last pic), but I recommend the store hair mentioned below if you want him to look similar to the first three shots.
Age: Adult
Traits: Brave, Family-Oriented, Good, Unlucky, Workaholic
Lifetime Wish: Surrounded by Family
Other attributes/clothes are left randomized
EPs Used: Late Night for the clothes and slicked back hair. Supernatural, ironically for the zombie makeup, lol.
Recommended (not required): Surf’s Up hair from the Sims 3 Store
DOWNLOAD (.sim, 414 kb) Place the .sim file in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims. You’ll find him the Pre-Made Sims bin in CAS.

1. You’re a sim. What are your traits?
I usually give my simself Clumsy, Genius, Perfectionist, Shy, and Neat. I had to look them up, heh.
2. …and your Lifetime Wish?
The last time I played my simself I had the Home Design Hotshot LTW, which is really ridiculous and impossible to finish. I was almost an elder near the top of the career with zero out of 100 Great reviews, and I do everything to get a good score. Ugh.
3. …and your favorite sim food and color?
Blue, Pancakes, and Classical music. :D
4. What world would you want to live in? It can be EA or Custom.
There are so many lovely worlds out there... If I had to pick just one, I'd probably say Bridgeport. Even though it lags a bit. But hopefully I'll be getting a new graphics card soon to fix that problem!
5. What CC can’t you live without?
Probably my default replacement skins and eyes. I cannot stand EA's. *Shudder* I'm totally okay with most EA hairs though. On another note, I could not play this game without my Nraas mods.

I was a die-hard coke fan as a kid, but as an almost-16-year-old (8 days!), I choose Pepsi whenever I get the choice between the two.

I took five pictures of Gelina's lovely house before my game decided it was the perfect time to crash. Love you too, Sims 3!
Thankfully I saved after I redecorated it, or I would've been madddd.
The house, though- it is really amazing! It's so cutesy and cozy and has a wonderfully warm feeling all throughout it. It makes me want to hoard animals and watch it change through the seasons and light a fire and call my grandma. I love it! : )
Testing Gelina's Splinter Chairs!
Sims can sit, watch tv, read books, and hold kids on them just fine. Puppies nap just fine, too, and can chew it up.
Attempt #1 at setting them on fire failed, but #2 succeeded. Burning them works just fine. (Spot your Oneder house in the background?)
I can't find anything wrong with them, they're perfect. : )
