I've slowly been chipping away at Fallhaven by PixelatedWonderland. I'm really loving this world, and I like it because its nice and small. I get bored very easily when creating lots for an entire town, so this is taking me awhile. All I have so far is the Town Hall/Police Dept./Military Base, Graveyard, Hospital/Science Lab, Stadium, and the school. I stole the four small houses from Bridgeport and made them over, plus the Cook family's house, and I also stole The Aspern Tallow from Eltham's Drift because I thought it fit well across from the graveyard.
I had zero design ideas for Fallhaven's central park (and I am terrible at filling up large lots), so I shamelessly stole from the layout of Lilymayrose's Twinbrook Central Park. I had to rebuild it myself because Fallhaven's park is 50x50 and Lily's is 64x64, so its scaled down a bit. I really like how it came out, though!
The town feels much more complete now for some reason. I finished a few more houses and nearly all of the rabbithole lots, too.

Progress! I built a huge library/art gallery combined because I had no idea how to fill up the last remaining lot of the town center. I have one lot left next to the school to fill up, and then all the lots of the main town area are filled!
Nearly all of the houses have been stolen from other worlds and redecorated, haha.
Create-A-Style is such a huge, popular feature of TS3 that if they take it out of TS4 completely or even just not include it in the base game, they're going to lose a huge number of fans.

Would something like this work for your world? I sort of cheated because I had built it already, and also because it was just an EA makeover to start with, but..
