Hey, Bro Crow. I was wondering how the Papas would help a s/o who is having a bad panic attack. I got a call from my doc a few days ago that scared tf out of me for a bit. I'm fine now, but I had a full-blown panic attack for an hour and a half before I was finally able to calm myself down enough to think about things logically and remind myself that 9/10 it's not going to be anything major and I need to chill.
I know how hard it is to deal with panic attacks and anxiety. I hope you feel better soon!
How the papas help their s/o deal with having a bad panic attack
Papa nihil
Helps you do breathing exercises
Brings you water and your favorite stuffed animal
Takes you too his oldest sons garden to get rid of some of the extra adrenaline
Sits down and talks to you about whatever cause you to have a panic attack
Puts on music or some sort of media that will help you calm down
Will hold you after your panic attack
If it’s something he can change that cause your panic attack he will change it
If he can’t then he will work on coping mechanisms to handle your anxiety

Water and outside immediately
He won’t let anyone near you during your panic attack so they don’t make it worse

Copia had been busy with work since he was slated to become the next papa. Sister imperator had been hounding Copia to finish his work on time and this gave Copia little time to pay attention to you, his lovely named “tiny bunny”.
“Aether have you seen my tiny bunny!” Copia yelled at the passing ghoul. He feared you would run into papa nihil or sister imperator who he didn’t let know about your regression.
“Oh we’re playing hide’n’seek, wanna join? You could use a break.” Aether stated nonchalantly.

you had been left on the steps of the ministry with a mixed bundle of Chrysanthemums and purple hyacinth. Terzo had been the one to find you after he stormed away after a fight with his eldest brother. he found you on the top steps in a small brown basket with a thin black blanket. Terzo never seemed to have a paternal bone in his body but when he saw you, the small frail baby on the steps of the ministry, that all changed. He grabbed you and rushed to the medical wing of the church and he handed you to the attending ghouls which were Cumulus, Cirrus and Aether who where just as confused as he was. As the three watched over your frail body, Terzo’s brothers and father entered with confused looks.it took a while but Terzo had gotten his father to agree to let you be adopted by Terzo. shortly after your tragic past began to unravel, your mother had been very sick for all her live and the doctors had told her having a child could result in her death but she didn't listen. she had died during child birth and you had been left in a worrying state. your birth father was in a state of grieve and couldn't take care of you or afford the medicine/ treatment you would need to live. He left you on the steps of the church shortly before committing suicide in the nearby woods. Terzo decide he would make your life the best possible. He cared for you as if you where his own child because in his mind you where.

the ghouls are very skeptical of a fallen angle joining the church because they see it as heaven trying to destroy the church from the inside. the church has become a home to the ghouls so they are quite aggressive and maybe even violent towards the fallen angel. Not even their papa can convince the ghouls that the newest member is not a danger to the church. Very few things could change their minds, like the angel defending the church, but they would still be some what worried of them.
