Could you do a little blurb about the ghouls trying your dinner that you cooked and is fitted towards your dietary needs. For example I have a wheat intolerance (🥲) and I love making gluten free meals like pasta, teriyaki chicken, chicken Tikka masala, and gluten free cookies. I know you may or may not read and that is fine -ghost 🕸️

The ghouls had known you would be making something new but usually the only change you made was more spice for sodo since he can’t eat anything if it doesn’t burn his throat. They didn’t mind if you had them try food that were better for for your dietary needs instead the problem was how brutally honest they could be.

“It looks sad” sodo blurted out with no hesitation.

“SODO” cirrus yelled as she hit sodo in the shoulder “don’t say that, that rude!”

The reader literally fell for them

Oms they’d be so apologetic they would love to take care of you if you had just fallen since it’s gotta be traumatic. They’d love love if you got along with the ghouls but can understand how hard that can be.

This is gonna have no specific papa as a romantic figure.

This is gonna be angst with some fluff at the end

Your time on earth hadn’t been easy. You missed your fallen siblings and had been cased out for disobeying your creator. You couldn’t join your siblings so you were left to wander the earth with your burnt wings pressed under a coat. What you thought was a eternity of endless wandering came to a end at a loud building. You had snuck your way in and watch from your hiding spot as a group of something played their strange melodies. One song brought tears to your eyes as the man with a skull like face started singing the names of your fellow fallen breather. As the singing came to an end you snapped out of your trance and climbed down to confront them.

“ Papa something feels wrong.” One of the masked creatures spoke to their so called “Papa”

“I’m sure it’s nothing Aether” the skull faced “Papa” said as he took off his shiny jacket

“You should listen to your followers” you spoke as you shed your heavy coat leaving your damaged wings on full display and causing the ghouls to hiss

“ it’s an angel papa!” The shortest creature hissed “it’s come to kill is all!” As it looked ready to kill you.

“What! No I’m not an angel anymore I’ve fallen. You protested as the skull man called “papa” seemed to relax a bit at your proclamation.

“Well my freind I am papa emeritus iv. I’d like to invite you to stay at the ministry for the time being. The skull faced man said calmly.

“WHAT!” Every shouted but the skull faced man. He held his hand up to silence us as the other creatures yelled mixed words of unhappiness.

“Our new freind is a fallen angel so they rebelled against god as our dark lord Lucifer once did so they are welcome to stay with us for as long as they need.” The skull man explained calmly as he shook your hand.

“Welcome to the clergy my friend.”

Your attention was brought to the front doors as they swung open and behind them was an older women and four older men.

Fallen friend

The drive to the church was long and uncomfortable. The ghouls were pissed and you were trying not to piss them off more. The only ghoul that was at least somewhat kind to you was Aether who had given you a banana( it seems he didn’t know that you didn’t need to eat.)

The church were you would be staying was huge and quite gothic. Young men and women were working and frolicking around the front and back yard of the church. Your attention was brought to the front doors as they swung open and behind them was an older women and four older men.

The skull faced man or as you had learn his named, papa emeritus iv left the car with the ghouls close behind. You didn’t move as you were petrified with fear. The ghouls looked worried as it seemed that papa was explaining something to the people that hand been behind the door. The people from behind the door had a range of emotions from confusion to anger to curiosity. As everyone looked towards you another ghoul who you beloved was sodo approached the car and opened the door.

“Cmon let’s go.” He said with a harsh tone as he gripped your arm and pulled you from the car with a rough tug. The walk to the front of the door felt like miles as their eyes burned into you. You tried to hide your wings as much as possible while holding your head down which made you feel more like a prisoner of war then a welcomed guest. No one said anything until the eldest man spoke.

“What in satans name we’re you thinking copia, bringing a angel right to our gates” the eldest spoke with a bitter anger

“Papa if you would let me explain, they are no longer a angel. They have fallen!” As he said that you undid your wings to show the the scorch marks left from your fall.

“I agree with the cardinal” spoke the elder woman which made everyone stop in confusion.

“What!” Cried the elder man “ they could easily be-” his sentence was cut short by a glare from the older woman which cause the other men to snicker.

“To not allow them a safe place would be a slap in the face to our lord Lucifer. They will be treated with respect” The elder woman spoke with authority and she turned to you. “Welcome to the ministry” she said gently as she shook your hand and brought you inside.

You missed your brothers and sisters in heaven but there was nothing you could do to get back to them. This church was strange but it was the closest thing to home you had since you fell but the ghouls didn’t seem to like you much. They mostly left you alone but one of them seemed to love to give you hell. Mountain did everything in his power to hurt you. He would trip you,give you the wrong work to give to the papas, he would pluck your feathers, and he even bit you once. He hated you the most and you have had enough of his crap.

“ Mountain we need to talk” you said as you walk to him.

“Maybe one day Mountain but not right now” you while leaving the room. Maybe one day you could forgive him and the other ghouls but for now you can’t even look him in eyes.
