maybe jungkook is the type of guy that gives you full reign to the road trip playlist and (un)surprisingly knows most of the songs that you choose. your laugh is his favourite when he whips out the dance moves of point choreography for certain tracks, his giggle matching yours when you whack him lightly on the arm and tell him to focus on driving. of course he doesn't, much to your amusement, as he gently grabs your hand and dramatically uses it as a mic to belt out the lyrics to the next song. he chances a glance at you after another laughing fit and grins cheekily, angling his face closer when he exits off the highway and stops at a red light. "i accept kisses as tips!"

maybe jungkook is the type of guy that starts cooking as you finish setting up the camping grounds, letting out sounds of excitement and anticipation as the meat sizzles and the scent wafts around. he calls you by endearments several times in the last couple minutes to be by him, as the food is almost ready, but you are just at the end of unpacking your things. within thirty seconds, you hear his footsteps come shuffling around the corner where you are and you sense the pout on his lips before you could even see it. turning around and being met with arms circling around your waist, he softly tugs the items in your hands in an attempt to set them away. "i can help you after, love. but come eat with me before it gets cold? please?~"

and maybe, just maybe, jungkook is the type of guy that walks along the shore of the waterside by sunset, tracing patterns along the sand with his shoes or a long stick he happens to find. he lifts his gaze when you join him a few moments later, immediately reaching out for you as if by pure instinct. with loosely intertwining fingers, his happiness is effortless when he twirls you toward his embrace, nature loving you in all its warmth as it paints sunlight across your features. your eyes, with your love for him glimmering within, makes his heart sing melodies he wants to listen to for eternity; the smile you give him nearly making it stop altogether. he sighs quietly then, completely smitten, as he leans forward to brush a sweet kiss across your lips. "as long as i'm with you, there's no place i'd rather be."
