× Oh, he is going to love you to death! He says fucked up shit, and if it gets even a chuckle out of you he'll continue until the interview is over. Researchers try to explain to you that you can't laugh at what he says, otherwise nothing will get done. But either way, you keep laughing, and he keeps telling joke after joke in hopes you laugh harder. It's been so long since he's had a good audience, you see and he just loves to entertain, especially those who enjoy the performance!

× He's never had such a captivating person, a D-Class nonetheless have genuine enjoyment with the jokes he makes, seeing as it's not everyone's taste in comedy, so it's nice to have a like minded person who can appreciate his humor. But a part of him wonders how dark you are willing to go until it's not funny anymore. How about a joke about a D-class getting a foot amputated to feed an SCP? Or maybe you wouldn't mind a bit of body horror or modification, where he'll twist his host's neck or bend a finger until it snaps?

× His charming nature does really help with helping jokes land, but when they do fall flat he can't help but feel disappointed that you didn't laugh. Keeps mental notes about what doesn't make you laugh and makes sure to use whatever upset you. Whether it is the setup, the topic or even the way he said it. Will actually ask you what about the joke fell flat so he can improve next time.

"What went wrong on that one? I thought it was pretty good, I mean, I nailed the timing and everything!"

× If you ever get forced to put on the mask he will be royally pissed, I mean what is he supposed to do? His properties are out of his control, he can't control the fact that after a while you get tempted to put on him. He can't control the fact you pick him up and place him on your head, ultimately killing you on sight. And he certainly can't help the fact that the black goo coming down his face speeds up rapidly with his frown.

× But on a lighter note, he's not going to let that happen, ever. He, despite being a mask, is wonderful at convincing employees that doing that will cause great harm to the foundation, probably because they know he means it. He'll be unstable, and they'd rather keep him as alive as possible, seeing as though there is much research to be done with the specimen.

× If he were to break out, you're the first he's coming for. You are the perfect audience to witness his escape, and he can't wait to light up your face with jokes he thought up before breaking containment. You wouldn't want to miss his greatest performance yet, it's got romance, humor, bloodshed, everything needed in a wonderful story such as this! And best of all? He's gotten you front row seats to it all~

If you call yourself an "IRL yandere" or something similar (OOC) I'm going to let you know now I have zero fucking tolerance for you. Romanticizing your harmful obsessive thoughts and trying to minimize it to being a cutesy little personality trait based on an anime trope is DISGUSTING. Even vent blogs. I do hope you genuinely seek help and get all the help and healing you need but yanderes DO NOT EXIST. You are just obsessive and you downplay the real harm those thoughts and actions can do to people by labeling yourself as such.

With that being said, I also have no tolerance towards Lolicon/Shotacons/whatever pedocon thing, as well as those who support and depict zoophilia in their work as a fetish. You are not welcome here either. Move along now.

Name: Dell ?? Pulsiato

Aliases: Dr. Pulsiato, Doc, or just Doctor

Age: Adult (In his mid-late thirties)

Gender: Male

Height: 6'6

Species: Monitor-head (heartbeat/EKG monitor), partially a shadow being

Wander/Liminal resident (This is universe specific) Resident

Profession: A doctor within Liminal Hospital

Abilities: Shadow hands- they have two arms coming out from the sides of himself, they can collide or pass through anything at will. Usually they're just used to carry extra things but sometimes he would use them to restrain patients. Doesn't have a very long range (about 6ft in front of him, 4ft behind himself, and 6ft to the side of him) Heartbeat monitor- His head is a heartbeat monitor, which when entering a patient's room, shows their vitals. He has used it before to find patients on the run, detecting someone’s heartbeat is very easy for him- but it's much harder to do in crowded spaces. He can detect it from 25 ft away outside of the hospital, but throughout the entire hospital when you’re inside it unless if they’re(the victim) in the boiler room of the hospital it will be harder for him to pinpoint where you are

Weaknesses: Water- When he comes in contact with water, he is normally fine unless doused in it or it gets in one of his computer vents- like a typical computer. He’ll short circuit and become weaker, his shadow arms will not be able to extend as far and he will become slower, sometimes his vision will even become hazy or in worse cases, he’ll shut down and take awhile to recover. Intense Heat- Somewhat ties into his abilities in being unable to detect things from the boiler room of the hospital. He's very sensitive to heat, it makes him much slower and weaker, especially his shadow arms which he won't be able to use when overheating, becoming limp to his sides. He can shut down if it gets too hot. Hippocratic curse- Pulsiato’s shadow arms cannot under any circumstance be used to inflict harm to anyone else nor himself. When he attempts to, the arms become weak and limp. *Shutting down is just like powering off a computer or a human passing out. He can regain consciousness or ‘power on’ but if he’s not taken out of a dangerous situation, can be damaged severely.

Personality traits: Social, positive, patient, relaxed but can focus when required, in rare cases- obsessive, obsessive as in a Yandere over humans (wanderers) minus children which is anyone under the age of 25 he considers a child and not capable enough of processing his actions properly and thus has no interest in them

Sexuality: Bisexual - Polyamorous

Likes: Organizing, trinkets for his office (bones), reading, thankful people/residents

Loves: Critically injured patients, recurring patients, restraining patients, terrifying any human, and patients that intrigue him morally, personality wise, or any other way

Dislikes: People who interrupt him while he's working with/on a patient, especially a patient who requires serious medical attention

Hates: Being interrupted while chasing down a patient, or having to end a chase early

Hobbies: Reading, blackout poetry, making puzzles for patients (aka trapping them and forcing them to figure a way out by solving a puzzle)

Skills: Efficient handling of tasks that require several hands, tracking, healing, staying composed under pressure

Things they're not so good at: Handling a mundane monotonous schedule for long periods of time, staying in touch with reality, regaining composure when he finally does snap, he reaches his lowest point emotionally and shows his true face as an obsessive yandere, he has a hard time getting back to his typical sweet doctor persona.

•~• Backstory

Dr. Pulsiato is one of the best doctors in the hospital and was held in high regard by both his peers and his patients, having studied many different types of anatomies- especially those of different species like humans.

He works day and night to provide for his patients the best he can. Not just their physical needs but emotional as well, showing a great amount of empathy towards them to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Well, the patients who were well enough, anyways. From his more re-occurring patients, the humans, have reported that his handling of them was a bit rough and even aggressive at times, he wouldn't listen to them when they complained about the pain he was putting them in and he would look at them 'unnervingly' (as described by said patients)

When Pulsiato heard about this, he explained it was because they were in such a state of shock and misery, that they felt uncomfortable by everything when he was too focused on their health, and that he'll be more careful so they, the board, won't hear about this again.

And it was true, they never heard about these complaints after Pulsiato was spoken to. In fact, they never heard anything from the patients. And every time they asked, they would say they didn't remember. Or didn't want to tell. One thing that always bothered them is that no matter how careful of a person someone was, they always came back to him because of a new injury, again and again, each injury being worse than the last. Like they were cursed to be injured.

They never said anything however. Pulsiato is an amazing doctor who can heal all injuries and not all patients that he saw came back again, well, not the non human ones at least.

The board however, knew that this couldn’t go on forever and opted to ban humans from liminal hospital in order to save them from him. It was a bandaid solution to a gash of a problem.

THIS. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. Stop identifying with an abusive character trope there's a reason why its FICTIONAL for fucks sakes These people are why this community gets so much fucking flack.

Claiming to be an irl yandere is so weird, I’ll never be able to say this enough but you’re not a yandere, you’re not a fictional character who can hurt people and get away with it. You’re just mentally ill if you truly believe you are.

You shouldn’t be trying to act like one either. You’re just going to creep/hurt people you love and nobody will want to be around you.

Instead of obsessive over someone, obsess over when your next therapy session is, even better, get a therapist pls 😭
