This is before Delia and Jessie start dating and Delia’s tryna get it. Jessie opts out of living with James and Meowth because she’s still trying to get into nursing school, doesn’t have a job yet and claims she’d feel bad not pulling her weight (at least that’s what she tells them). AND because she does enjoy Delia’s company a lot. Little did she know she’d miss being around her former coworkers all day everyday

Headcanon time!
When Jessie and Delia aren't cuddling, they usually sleep like this. Jessie's used to sleeping small and sharing space with other people (squishing on tiny beds or park benches with James and Meowth) so she drifts to the edge of the bed and curls up. Delia on the other hand hasn't shared a bed with anyone in years and takes up a lot of space and is a cover hog (good thing Jessie handles being cold well). Delia's love language is physical touch so she tends to follow Jessie wherever she is on the bed just so she can feel her there. This usually leads to Delia having way too much room on her side

Ash dressing up for Delia and Jessie's wedding and coming to the slow realization that the only person he knows who knows how to tie a tie is JESSIE. So she teaches him. Ash is embarrassed (but gets over it quickly). Jessie is in tears and has to take a second so she can see to actually show him.
realistically i think ash could ask oak, james or even meowth but jessie being a dad makes me happy heehee
