I'm stimming a lot more lately /pos. I keep squeaking and chirping and wiggling and stomping and flapping my hands and shaking my arms and kicking my legs and laughing. I'm not used to not hiding my stims, and I do get confused looks, but I don't feel embarrassed or ashamed anymore. I'm really happy and that makes me happy and when I'm happy I stim. Sometimes, it feels like I stim for no reason. Like while typing this, I stimmed, and I'm currently rocking myself. But you don't need a reason to be happy. You can be happy that it's raining or happy that a song you like is on or happy that there's fan content of a show you really like or happy for no reason at all!
