Heartattacks.

It's cause of an admittedly very melodramatic comedy skit Filipino show where a character has a heartattack and dies randomly. It's supposed to be a joke cause of how over the top it is, but for some reason I was afraid as a kid of just randomly having chest pain and falling down dead on the streets.

I wasn’t scared of murderers or monsters as a kid but I was very scared of: stairs, encephalitis, meningitis, flesh eating bacteria, mushrooms, and mold. what’s your very specific childhood fear
