He was incredibly reserved, and admittedly his stone mask of complete nothingness still frightened you to some degree, but you noticed - in the few times he would allow you around other people - that he seemed more… relaxed when it was just the two of you; if you could call it that. While you didn’t allow that to give you a false sense of security, the moments where it seemed like his guard was down were the times you either tried to learn as much from his micro-expressions as possible, or to use those moments to your advantage.

Yes I have lots of lore, the question is do you wanna know about the magic court system in the empire or about my journey through therapy?

Second, I'm gonna make a post about the Court soon but it's called the Court of Flowers, it's the advisory and public court for the monarchy of the Aṣáleko Empire. As the name suggests, it has a flower motif, and there are seven total branches. Since the Court also serves the public, there are ways to be affiliated with the branches but not be a part of the Court. The Court is the actual monarchy advisory section, and is reserved for the best in their branches. Six branches cover facilities in the empire to help keep it from not dying--healthcare, military, religion, the economy, internal security, and agriculture--while one branch is made solely to serve the ruling family. They are named, respectively, Forget-me-not Branch, Gladiolus Branch, Heliotrope Branch, Tiger Lily Branch, Lavender Branch, Magnolia Branch, and Angrec Branch. There are many types of magic, with new combinations of powers being discovered to this very day (sort of like Quirks from My Hero Academia if you know anything about that), and magic is a prerequisite to join the Court. There are many magicless people who serve the branches though, since magic isn't widespread throughout the population. There is also the case of the Mwedzi, who cannot produce or use magic, but I'm also gonna make a post on them so I can't spoil all the fun (◠‿◕) This is what you're gonna get for now until I reveal more/actually make more
Third, I've had four therapists in the span of...five to six years? Give or take? I have a hard time finding someone that fits me right, and I moved during that time so that was also a factor. The first one was okay, I don't really remember her to be honest but it was during a rough point in my middle school years. Second one was cool, I honestly forgot why I stopped seeing her. I also have a cycle of I feel like shit, I see a therapist for a few weeks, and I feel fine for months until I feel like shit again, so that's probably why. Third was this old guy I saw during the summer, I didn't like him. We didn't vibe together. Fourth was pretty cool, but she would only do video calls and there was a four month span where she was sick and lost her voice due to some chronic illness thing so we only saw each other like three times before I was like "yeah I'm good I'll talk to you if I need to" and then I never did lol. So yeah that's my journey through therapists!
