Snipe and Ectoplasm

Based on a super duper long MHA rp I've been writing with a school friend! But, to put it short, Snipe has a strong relationship with ectoplasm and ectoplasm always says CAP to everything-

So, me and my friend made a joke about it, and the cap meme stuck on Ectoplasms character!
