Jaybird hesitating, and I heard screaming... I was calling out for my parents, and then I felt..." she touched her neck... she hiccuped sadly, "I heard a snapping sound and then it went dark."

The Robotic Tessa wiped the LED tears from her eyes. "Sorry. Crikey, well... I'm still a bit of a bleeding heart, eh?" she bravely replied, smiling a little before soothing, "Don't worry though about J if she were to arrive, I could talk her out of trying to fight."
"I'm sorry for upsetting you. It was still nice to remember, even if it was some scarier times." She got a little closer, compassion in hand and heart on her sleeve.
"You deserve someone to listen too, you can talk about how you feel too, you know?" she offered gently, smiling reassuringly, "I learned from my time living in the manor, and spending time with N, V, J, and Cyn... feelings matter, and kindness is free to give..."

She gently rubbed the Fractal's drone's back. "Shhhh, there there... shhh I'm right here, okay," she soothed caringly, being the mother she wished that she had when she was a little girl, "Let it out, dear... It's going to be okay. I'm here, alright?"
The drone girl hummed softly the tune of Waltzing Matilda, a song she remembered Cyn used to like. It was a merry little tune about a hunter dying because he had harmed a wallaby and was on the run from some troopers who caught him harming animals.
Tessa stopped after she finished the song and looked to the Fractal's eyes. "You're such a strong little wallaby, dear."

"That wicked woman hurt both of us... and I take full ownership for my obedience to her that caused you to dislike me.."
