So I'm trying to cut out the nicotine. I thought I was doing well going completely without any without a hitch yesterday, but somehow the craving hits me like a truck today. Also apparently fresh white bread is a binge trigger now, and I am trying so fucking hard to not eat every single fucking item in the kitchen. And my girlfriend's great-grandma is actively refusing to understand why she's not supposed to just let me do that.

I don't know how to explain it to this woman that I can't start, because if I do, I can't be stopped, and that it's fortunate that she has no pets because if she had perhaps a small dog, she would not have one anymore.
