So it turns out that eating the same two WILDLY unhealthy foods for my two main meals of the day every day for a solid three years wasn’t good for me. Did not see that coming.

I really need to start looking into some sort of diagnosis
not for the illness
for the reason I’ve been eating a gü pudding and a glass of milk
for breakfast
and an all-steak pukka pie and three potato waffles absolutely SMOTHERED with salt
for dinner
for years
… how have I thought this wouldn’t kill me
I’m basically 90% sodium
and im lactose intolerant so its not like the cake and milk thing hasnt NOT been fucking me over already
